Parent Gradebook

Coyle Public Schools has an online gradebook program that allows parents with children in grades 2nd - 12th to view their child's / children's assignments, attendance, and grades online. This is a beneficial asset to help parents keep informed as to their child's progress.

Logon names and passwords to access the program online will be sent home in Thursday folders for Grades 2-6.  Students in Grades 7-12 will have theirs passed out to them at school.  There are four items on the logon information that you received.  The first item is your student’s Student ID number, the second item is his/her unique logon name (in all lowercase), the third item is his/her name (in ALL caps), and the last item is his/her unique password.

Please note that only your child's/children's information will be displayed. If your child(ren) did not receive his/her unique logon and password, please call the school.

You will not be able to see other students grades nor will others be able to see your child's/children’s information. The information provided online is for viewing purposes only and cannot be altered in anyway.

If you have questions, please feel free to contact Mr. Josh Sumrall, Mr. Shane Weathers, or Mrs. Jill Ritter.
