The West Safe Room in the New Gym will open at 4:00pm today and remain open until the storms pass. Due to people having allergies, NO PETS of any kind will be allowed.

The west door of the Gym will be open this evening for severe weather refuge.

The Coyle Athletic Banquet has been postponed to Tuesday, May 7th at 7pm.

We are monitoring the weather and are in the process of canceling activities for this evening. We invite parents to start picking up students at 3pm to get ahead of the storms. Busses will load at 3pm to start routes a little early. Parents concerned with students being home alone need to contact the school and arranges can be made to hold students for parents to pick up at school.

Parents, please make sure students are well-rested and on time to school as testing starts at 8:15 am on the day of the test. This is the State Testing Schedule for this Week: Monday--7th Grade Math and 8th Grade Science Tuesday--5th Grade Science Wednesday--4th Grade Math-Part I Thursday--4th Grade Math-Part II Individual Testing may be any afternoon. Seniors--remember we are taking graduation group pictures and graduation individual pictures in the morning at 9:00am. Please bring everything with you. Mrs. Larman

High school cheer tryouts have been moved to next Thursday May 9th at 4:15 in the old gym. The practice for tryouts will be Tuesday May 7th at 4:15. Sorry for the late notice in change. This is for incoming freshman- seniors. If you did not pick up a cheer packet please see Mrs. Holly tomorrow.

Seniors will take their class graduation pictures on Monday, May 6 at 9:00 AM. They will need to bring cap, gown and any cords, etc. they may have. After this, their gowns, etc. will remain at school until Graduation.

So sorry this is just now being sent. Mr. Weathers asked me to send this message this morning. I got caught up trying to get the laser engraver to work. It still doesn't work, and I just saw a message from a parent asking about the track meet. This is on me. Mrs. Larman Students, Parents and Staff: The Regional Track Meet has been moved, due to weather conditions predicted to come in on Saturday. The meet has been moved to Monday, April 29. Athletic physicals for next year will be conducted at Coyle on May 13, 2024 for grades 4-11. Physical forms can be picked up from each office and will need to be completed and turned into the office prior to 8:30am on the 13. Cost for the physical is $10 per child. Senior Baseball and Spring Softball Players were honored this evening at 7:00 PM after the girls's softball game. Good Luck to these teams as they play at districts starting on Thursday. See earlier posts about game time.
