On Friday, January 17, the Coyle Bluejackets hosted the Agra Bearcats for homecoming. Both teams won their respective games against Agra. Homecoming ceremonies were held prior to the girls’s game. Senior Arianna Vasquez was crowned the 2025 Bluejacket Basketball Queen by Jace Lemons, the 2025 Bluejacket Basketball Homecoming King. Makayla Egolf and Wyatt Graham were Queen and King Candidates. Makala Gross and Kolbin Graham were the Junior Class Attendants. Serving as the Sophomore Class Attendants were Ashlee Demoss and Terrance Dumas. The Freshmen Class Attendants were Camryn Wagner and Tyree Lancaster. The Flower Girl was Bella McBride. Escorting Bella was the Crown Bearer Milo Whitmore.  

At halftime of the girls’s game, Tony Aska, Jr. was honored for his Basketball Achievements after graduating from Coyle in 2013. Tony went to Redlands Community College (El Reno, OK)followed by Southern Arkansas State University (Magnolia, AR) where he continued to excel in basketball. Tony is now pursuing his love for rodeo where he was the 2022 and 2023 Steer Wrestling Champion and the 2023 All Around Cowboy with the Bill Picket Invitational Rodeo. He is currently competing in the CPRA with hopes to soon be traveling on the PRCA Circuit.
