Coyle Little League Football Sign-ups are today.
Coyle School is having a Garage Sale at the Coyle Livestock Show Barn on Saturday, June 22 from 7:00am to 2:00pm. Cash and credit cards will be accepted. Items offered include tables, chairs, desks, ovens, dryer, large picture frames, equipment and uniforms for football, baseball, and softball. A more complete list will be posted tomorrow.
Students if you are going to be a junior or senior in high school next year, and you are planning to take concurrent classes at either Redlands or OCCC, you need to make sure and get enrolled next week. Some have already done this, but some are putting it off. If you do not get enrolled next week, there are no guarantees that you will be able to get into the class(es) that you want to take. Contact Mrs. Larman ASAP to make arrangements to get enrolled.
Parents and Students— If students need patches or numbers for their letter jackets, they need to contact Stillwater Screenprinting. Their number is 405-372-7600. I have had students contacting me about how to do this, so I decided to make a post. Mrs. Larman
Stand For The Silent is proud to announce an exceptional group of students from Coyle High School located in Coyle, Oklahoma. During a Stand For The Silent Presentation, Kirk Smalley was so moved by the reactions of the students, he offered each graduating senior a $1500 President’s Choice Scholarship. The scholarship team will email the students to let them know what their next steps will be. They will also be sharing the news on several different social media platforms today. SENIORS OF 2024 MAY NOW COME PICK UP THEIR RECORDS, DIPLOMAS, PICTURES, ETC. THEY ARE IN MRS. LARMAN'S ROOM. SHE WILL BE AT THE SCHOOL DAILY FROM 9-12 AND 1-4 MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY.
Please stay aware of the weather as it develops this evening. We have someone who will be managing the west side shelter in the new gym. Please keep in mind that the school allows the community to use this facility; there is no tobacco, alcohol, or pets allowed.
The Storm Shelters on the West Side of the New Gym will be open tonight for shelter during the storms. Please remember NO PETS are allowed.
We are currently working to transition into a new Student Information System that will allow better access and communication between the school and our stakeholders. This is an intense process that will take some time. Plans are to begin enrollment for next school year after July 1, 2024. We will have an open enrollment night on July 29th from 12pm to 7pm at each site. Thank you for your patience.
We have extended the sign-up period for the Little Dribblers Camp for the rest of this week (May 20-24). Please submit your forms to the high school office by the end of this week. If you cannot make it to the office, please email me a picture of your paper. rweathers@coyle.k12.ok.us
The cost is $20, which includes basketball and a camp t-shirt. If you are unable to pay, we still strongly encourage you to attend the camp! This is open to current students in Grades 1st-8th.
The west shelter will be open for people who want to use it. Please remember no PETS are allowed.
This morning on our last day of school for the year, we honored three individuals who are retiring from education: Shane Weathers, Jill Ritter, and Dana Nemecek. We wish them all the best in their retirement.

Thank you for an amazing year and for your support. First day of school will be August 7th for you early planners. To celebrate the upcoming Olympics we have designed a summer reading program and will present awards in August.
REMINDER: Athletic physicals for next year will be conducted at Coyle TODAY for grades 4-11. Physical forms can be picked up from each office and will need to be completed and turned into the office prior to 8:30am on the 13. Cost for the physical is $10 per child. Last night at the Oklahoma State FFA Convention in Tulsa at the BOK Center, Ryleigh Long and Regan Price received the coveted Oklahoma State FFA Degree. Congratulations to these outstanding young people. They continue to keep Coyle FFA on the map!!
Seniors and Parents of the Class of 2024–tomorrow night is the Senior Class Commencement. Students MUST BE there by 6:30 p.m. If you have a large family, I would suggest that you arrive no later than 6:15 p.m. if you want to sit together. Junior escorts and ushers should be at the gym at 6:30 p.m. also. Seniors remember to send me your plans for the future if you want that announced tomorrow night. Text me at 405-612-0467.
