The West Side Safe Room at the new gym will be open tonight in case of bad weather.
Parents of Middle School, here is the dress code for the dance on March 10:
• No spaghetti straps
• No bare midriffs
• No bare backs
• No plunging necklines
• No shorts
• No skirts above the knee
• No sheer or see-through clothing
• No tight-fitting clothing
• No clothing with offensive words, slogans, or images
• No hats
• Dresses must be fingertip length or longer
• Tops must have at least one shoulder covered
• Pants must be worn at the waist, not below
Additionally, students have been reminded that they do not need a date to attend the dance. All students are invited, included and encouraged to attend.
JUST A REMINDER THAT SPRING CLASS PICTURE DAY WILL BE NEXT WEDNESDAY, MARCH 1 IN THE OLD GYM. THE STUCO BLOOD DRIVE WILL ALSO BE THAT WEDNESDAY. IT WILL BE IN THE SCHOOL LIBRARY.
JUNIOR HIGH SOFTBALL WILL HAVE A ONE-DAY SOFTBALL TOURNAMENT AT OILTON ON MARCH 3. JUNIOR HIGH SOFTBALL GIRLS WILL RECEIVE MORE INFORMATION TO BRING HOME .
The Senior Class of 2023 is having a Senior Burger Day this Thursday, Feb. 23 for students in grades 8-12 only plus teachers and staff. The meal is $6.00, and the burger only is $4.00. See attached flier for information on how to order.
Spring Picture Day will be next Wednesday, March 1. We will start with Prekindergarten and work our way up to the older students. Fliers will be sent home tomorrow with the students. I am also attaching copies of it in case it does not get home as older students do not always take them home.
The annual spring STUCO Blood Drive will be next Wednesday, March 1 from 9:00am to 1:00pm in the School Library in the Elementary Building.
The county Livestock Show Premium sale is this Thursday at the county fairgrounds, the supper starts at 5pm and the sale starts at 6:30pm.
FFA members are to wear their Official FFA jacket, white collared shirt, nice jeans, and nice shoes or nice boots.
4-H members are expected to wear their 4-H jackets or nice 4-H shirt, nice jeans, nice shoes or nice boots.

The Junior Class is selling Sugar Scrubs from February 20-March 6. Please contact a junior or one of the class sponsors (WLarman or TConner) for more information. Sugar scrubs are $10 each for an 8oz. container. See attached image for more information.

Meat orders are here at the Agricultural Classroom. We have no freezer space left in the Ag building as of right now please come and pick up your orders in their entirety today. You may pick up your orders from 2:30pm - 8pm today.

Congratulations to the Lady Bluejackets and the Bluejackets. Both teams won the Class A Area II District 8 Championships tonight.
I am so proud of this team!! They practiced hard and made it to Regionals in Kremlin-Hillsdale today. They didn't get the "W" they wanted, but they had fun, learned a lot of new things, and showed great sportsmanship! Way to go 6/7 Academic Bowl team!!
