Seniors - any student athletes who are planning or even thinking about playing sports in college will need to register with the NCAA Clearinghouse. Parents--with the possibility of inclement weather coming in on Wednesday & Thursday this week, the administration will make a decision regarding the closing of school no later than Wednesday morning. If the decision is made to close, announcements will be on Channel 4 (KFOR4), the school website, the school app, and the school Facebook page. If the school is closed, we will make the day(s) up on Fridays to be announced at a later date.

Attention FFA meter and parents, Meat orders; Money; and Signed letter are all due tomorrow by noon. Orders must be counted by the student and parent. You will only submit your totals of each item i.e. sausage 25 sticks, etc. etc.. Late orders will not be accepted, we will have extra of select items available for purchase after the sale. Students must turn in their parent and student signed meat sale letter to submit their orders.

The High School Basketball games at Oilton tomorrow, Friday, January 28, will be their homecoming. Oilton will play the boys’ game first at 6:30pm followed by the girls’ game at 8:00pm.

Sorry for the late notice, but with Basketball Homecoming on a Tuesday, we will do our dress up days a little bit different this year. Homecoming will be on Tuesday, Feb. 1 against Mulhall-Orlando. The Homecoming Ceremony will start at 6:00pm followed by the high school games. Wednesday, Jan. 26--Wild Wednesday--Wear your favorite animal print. Thursday, Jan. 27--Jungle Safari Day--Dress to go on a Safari trip (tourist, hunter or safari vacation) Monday, Jan. 31--Jumanji Day--Dress like your future self. Time flies when you're in the game. Tuesday--Feb. 1--Spirit Day--Get wild and show your Bluejacket pride--WEAR THAT BLUE!!

Basketball Homecoming
Come out and support the Lady Bluejackets and the Bluejackets tomorrow (Sat. Jan. 22) as they continue to win this year. The Lady Bluejackets will be playing for Consolation Champions of the Coyle Tournament at 12:40pm. The Bluejackets will be playing for 3rd place of the Coyle Tournament at 4:40pm.

Parents you may or may not receive a P-EBT card for your children for the past school year for the days that we were virtual. These are to help parents offset the cost of meals that would have been provided by the school. It is based on the number of days that students missed in class instruction due to Covid.

For the health and safety of everyone, Coyle Schools will be virtual tomorrow (Wednesday Jan.12 )and Thursday (Jan.13) because of staff and student exposure/illness to flu and/or covid that is affecting over 50% of the high school and one bus route affecting elementary students. All activities scheduled for this week are canceled. We are out of school on Monday, Jan.17 for MLK, Jr. Day. We will return to in-class instruction on Tuesday, Jan.18. The games scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 18 will be played; homecoming will be rescheduled for a later date. Just a reminder when we return, if your child is ill or showing symptoms of illness, please do NOT send them to school.

Congratulations to the Lady Bluejackets on winning the M-O Tournament with a win over Union City. The Bluejackets lost a hard played game against Glencoe in 3 overtimes. Super proud of our athletes!!! A shout out to our cheerleaders and mascot for keeping the Bluejacket spirit alive.
